Hamas proves terror groups unfit to govern

Palestinians last year elected the terror group Hamas to govern their failing government, which now under Hamas is failing to govern at all.

This past March heralded at least 46 kidnappings of civilians in the Gaza Strip, as well as more tham 25 killings of Palestinians by fellow Palestinians. The Palestinian Liberation Army calls it “anarchy.”

The violence is just the tip of the iceberg in “Hamasistan.” Other troubling signs include:

International Exodus: Foreigners who came to help are starting to flee for their lives - even armed foreigners. One group of Egyptian military officers has reportedly been recalled to Cairo on account of the dangers, with the two generals who remain spending most of their time in Israel, for fear of violence.

The United Nations may even declare Gaza a “dangerous zone.” That would precipitate the evacuation of nearly all foreign nationals.

This would be disastrous for the general population: Nearly two-thirds of Gaza’s 1.4 million residents claim refugee status, and rely on the U.N. Relief and Works Agency (UNWRA) and other aid organizations.

Unsafe Streets: The Palestinian media reports that crimes, including car theft and abductions, are skyrocketing. Iranian-trained Hamas forces are battling Egyptian-trained Fatah forces, rather than policing the streets. National Security Adviser Muhammad Dahlan admits that “many young men prefer to work for clans and not the security forces.”

Last Sunday, a group calling itself the Islamic Swords of Truth, a self-appointed vice squad, claimed responsibility for bombing the Gaza Bible Society’s bookstore and two Internet cafes.

In response, Palestinians are taking the law into their own hands. In March, one of Gaza’s large clans gathered to blockade a main road in Northern Gaza to protest against the targeting of one of their shops by a vice squad. The family demanded that the government bring law and order back to the streets.

Dwindling Media Freedom: Last week, security guards broke up a peaceful media protest of the government’s inability to secure the release of Alan Johnston, the BBC journalist kidnapped more than a month ago - and injured three journalists.

A group calling itself the Tawhid and Jihad Brigades just issued a statement claiming to have executed Johnston. Foreign journalists now fear for their lives.

Health Risks: The collapse of a sewage-treatment pool in Umm al-Naser, a North Gaza village, killed three women and two toddlers and injured 25 others in March. The “sewage tsunami” submerged at least 25 homes and caused untold damages to the 3,000-person village.

Fadel Kawash, head of the Palestinian Water Authority, told the Associated Press that a number of sewage projects, including the one in Umm al-Naser, were halted when Hamas pulled funding after their electoral victory in January 2006. Said one U.N. official, “this has been a tragedy that was predicted and documented.”

Officials believe that another cesspool collapse is possible, unless prophylactic steps are soon taken.

Provocations: Hamas continues to permit provocations against Israel from Gaza - notably, the homemade Kassam missiles shot into Israel nearly every day.

Israel was warned that “Israel must begin to think about thwarting a more dangerous situation in Gaza, should Hamas develop more dangerous capabilities.”

Hamas is bating Israel into a confrontation. Hamas shows no regard for the Palestinian polulous and Gaza is the most densely populated area on earth. The suffering in Gaza proves that terror groups are unfit to govern with total indifference to the well being of people and their indifference to the complete human suffering.

Bush: A Foe of Jews

I have always supported President George Bush, but of late that support is wanning. The reasons I could site are many, but to keep it on point it is because he has betrayed the Jews and Israel ever so subtly. In an article by Mark A. Goldman at OpEdNews.com he wrote this:

First, by supporting Israel, he and his minions are guaranteed to get a lot of Jewish votes and a lot of Jewish money for himself and other politicians who support his agenda.

Second, by befriending Israel, Bush has a regional power base from which to control Mid East oil in his quest for world domination.

Third, with Jewish support, Bush is given a pass on whatever policies he pursues regardless of the consequences or the morality.

Unfortunately every time the Jews have regained their land - our Presidents - including Bush have pressured Israel to return it to the so-called Palestinians.

As Goldman says in the below quote, “Bush has the same consciousness that Hitler had and ironically, a great many Jews have aligned themselves with him.”

Bush has the same consciousness that Hitler had and ironically, a great many Jews have aligned themselves with him. By aligning with Bush, these Jews have acquired the power they needed to ‘defend’ Israel. The problem is that the power that was acquired was a political payoff. It was a payoff that said, “I will give you the power you are asking for as long as you do not get in my way as I pursue my own goals.” It was what you might call an unholy alliance. It is the essence of Bush’s grand strategy in everything he does.

More:

Bush has given Jews what they think they want. His methods are brutal and some Jews have torn a page from Bush’s book and adopted his brutal consciousness as their own.

In the end, Bush and his minions will fall and be swept away by history like all the other despots who have tried to accumulate power that does not belong to them. And in this case, many Jews are among his minions and they too will be swept away, and maybe Israel with them. Of course it is not only Jews who have gone for the ride.

It is completely appalling to note just how complacent Bush is in regard to the Jews and the state of Israel. Were he truly a man for peace, were he truly to mean what he says in his supposed defense of Israel - he would never have said, “Islam is a relgion of peace.”

Pastor (Dr.) John Hagee at AIPAC: “The Arab rejection of Israel”

My favorite Pastor, my favorite Bible teacher, just my favorite because John Hagee is passionate about the Jews and voices so without fear. He has stood with Israel for years and preaches to his evangelicals the need to help Israel.

The Bible is clear about support of Israel, “I will bless those that bless thee, and I will curse those that curse thee.”

Pamela from Atlas Shrugs who is covering AIPAC says this:

Keynote dinner speaker Dr. John Hagee redeems the conference. I have been calling upon the Jews to embrace the Evangelicals. They will be instrumental in saving the Jews. If there was any doubt Hagee lays them to rest. What passion! Fire! Devotion! He set that room on fire.

“Israel you are not alone”

Listen to Hagee. -He and those he speaks for love Israel and will FIGHT! You must watch it all. There were members of the press there so I am cool with this. No fear on taking it down. Run time roughly 15 minutes……..

Listen to the Pastor — he be knowing!

Part 1

Part 11

Part 111

God bless John Hagee and I stand with his apology to all Jews - this will bring you to your knees, bring you to tears, and pray - pray for the peace of Jerusalem.
