Sorry For The Film

From Smart Mobs:
Individually showing to the world that they disagree with the message of Fitna, the anti-Qoran film of Geert Wilders. That’s the function of this website ‘Sorry For The Film’ that’s up from Monday.
Just like the dutch cabinet does in there communication strategy the dutch are invited to communicate to the outside world that they feel sorry and reject this film by adding their picture to that website.
The initiators say to anticipate to ‘the need of the dutch to share their opinion about their country to the rest of the world‘. The message of the website is translated in many different languages, including Perzian and Arabic.
‘We are ashamed about our fellow countryman. Don’t condemn us‘, says the homepage. The number of participants is still quite limited. In the night of Sunday to Monday the first ten pictures appeared on the website.
We’re sorry.
Yeah we're real sorry too! Judging by some of the photos on board, others are just as sorry as we are.
